Kite Foil Surfer, Pacifica 8/11/26

About a week earlier I had filmed a parawing foil surfer, which was the first time I had seen a kite surfer using a foil, though it was actually a parawing not a kite.  This week I saw a kite surfer with a standard kite using a foil.  Looks like fun!  And some nice scenery to boot.
