Bottlenose Dolphins Organized Chaos, Pacifica 10/16/26

There was a large pod of at least a dozen Bottlenose Dolphins going a bit crazy and having a grand old time off Mussel Rock.  They were jumping over and on each other, piling up, doing flips and jumps, riding waves … it was quite the spectacle and amazing to watch.  Out having fun on a beautiful day with beautiful conditions.  They’re living the good life.  It was so hard editing down the footage.  My first pass got it down to 1 hour long.  My second pass got it down to 35 minutes.  After much pain and torture, I managed to get it down to the 6.5 minutes you see here.  There’s so much good stuff lying on the editing floor with this one.   I’ve sat on the couch watching the 35min version multiple times and it brings smiles to my face every time.
