Mori Point First Responders, 9/28/26

 was looking for whales and also filming the waves when I saw the fine folks in Engine 71 go past.  They appeared to be headed toward Mori Pt so I decided to film them in action.  I didn’t have a chance to check dispatch to see what the incident was, but it looked like a Medical Aid call for someone part-way up the Mori Point stairs.  Best I could tell, things weren’t too serious, so I didn’t linger, and instead panned up-and-over Mori Point to end on a pleasant, relaxing view.  

Responsible drone use note:  I was very careful to stay quite a distance away from the responders, and in fact was out over the ocean the entire time, so no chance of interference.  It may look like I was close, but I was using the long telephoto lens and also did a crop-and-zoom in post.  I also monitored to see if they launched their own drone, or if a helicopter was called.
