Sunset 1/10/26

It was another beautiful sunset tonight. I went out with my camera, and just like a few days earlier, decided that taking a video achieved a better representation of what it was like. This time I also downloaded footage from one of the webcams on my roof and did a timelapse. So the first minute of the video is the slow pan I did with my camera and the remainder is a timelapse from the webcam.

Of course the webcam doesn't have the dynamic range that my camera does, so it struggled with providing realistic colors. It is a little fun to see some of the exaggerated colors that result. And toward the end of the timelapse you can see the lights from the fishing boats darting around on the horizon.
