Kangaroo in the Wild 6/23/25
I’ve seen Kangaroos in zoos and parks before, both before and during this trip. But this is the first time seeing them in the wild. Well, technically the second - a couple days ago I saw one while driving, but was unable to pull over and get a better look. This time we saw three Kangaroos in a field as we were heading back to our hotel and I was able to pull over and get my camera out. There were two larger ones and one small one. I didn’t get very good shots of the smaller one, so I’m not including those shots. They were pretty skittish, especially compared to the ones at the zoo. Very cool seeing them out-and-about!
